A quality, well-built yet affordable multi-purpose CNC machine with milling and engraving capabilities. Work with many materials including woods, MDF, modelling wax/resins, plastics such as PVC and plexiglass through to soft metals such as Aluminium, Brass, Copper and sheet steel. Cut foils and vinyl for stencils or sign art. Mill Printed Circuit Boards and create front panels and enclosures for your prototypes.

- Enhanced power and precision through the use of 2 motors on the X-Axis. This arrangement provides for a constant tension and compression during milling operations.
- Only high quality bearings and guideways used to provide smooth precision of operation (repeatability approx 0.02mm - 0.03mm).
- X and Y guide ways are hardened and grinded, with double sets of bearings used along with precision trapezium thread spindles.

Note: When purchasing your Heiz CNC Machine, a 3-axis (4-channel 2X,Y,Z) controller is included as standard. If you are also purchasing the 4th axis Rotary Table, or want the ability to add the Rotary Table at some future date, you will need to upgrade the controller to the 4-axis (5-channel 2X,Y,Z,A) version at the time of purchase of your CNC machine. The additional axis cannot be retro-fitted to the controller at a later date. See Related Products below.
Note: Please be aware that the Heiz CNC machines are made to order for each individual customer and it will typically take 3 weeks form placing your order to receiving the machine. The machines will arrive on a pallet and someone will need to be on location to receive the order. Two people will be required to lift the machines safely, due to the size and weight of the machines.
