High Precision PCB Prototyping and Production
The miniaturisation of electronics requires an ever higher density PCB circuit. Gone are the days when designs could be easily prototyped with 0.1 inch spaced package leads, many componets now only come in small packages and lead spacings, increasing the difficulty for traditional in-house chemical etch prototyping.
MITS has responded to the ever increasing needs of the prototype and high frequency circuit designer, and released the FP-21T Precision which achieves a repeatable, world-leading, 50µm line width and inter-gap spacing. Other models in the MITS range can achieve consistent track and gap spacing of 100µm, equal to or surpassing most in-house checmical etch processes used for prototyping and production.
The MITS PCB milling process uses no chemicals and can help you turnaround your board revisions in-house, same-day, without the delays associated with waiting for boards to be processed at a 3rd party board house and the inevitable delays waiting for the boards to come back in the post (never mind the premiums charged for priority turnaround times).
Now you can take control of the production of your own designs in-house, with no delays. MITS prototyping machines are the culmination of many years research and development in the area of fine pattern milling, quite simply MITS PCB milling machines are world class!
