 | ![]() | This dust and waterproof tool length sensor provides the facility for automatic tool length measurement. Simply plug in the sensor (to the port on the Heiz CNC machine), place it on your workpiece or table and run the 'block Zero-point Z' measurement function via WinPC-NC jog control. The tool is then slowly moved down until it touches the sensor, with the new tool length automatically calculated and entered into WinPC-NC. The sensor is provided with it's calibrated activation height measurement, so confiugration in WinPC-NC is simply a matter of entering this value into the surface block setting (once only, the value is saved for future use) and you're ready to go! Sensor is IP65 rated.
Note: This accessory requires WinPC-NC USB or WinPC-NC Pro software.
