To install, go to your VCarve Pro or Aspire File menu and select the option 'Open Application Data Folder ...'. This will open up the program's data folder. Then navigate to the 'PostP' folder and copy the file there. Now when you open the post processor drop down, you'll see the new post processor available.

The maximum feed diameter is 120mm. Does this mean it will only turn cylinders of wood up to 120mm diameter? I'd like to carve up to 200mm cylinder. Is there a way to do this? Cheers

This accessory is not for turning wood, have a look at the turnery accessory for that. This accessory rotates slowly, but with high torque and is suitable for milling details on materials up to and including metals. The max diameter of chuck that you can fit is up to 120mm (larger than this will hit the foot plate of the 4th axis that is used to mount to the bed beneath since the centre is 60mm from the footplate). You could make a custom bed plate that has an aperture in it to recess a larger diameter of material from the chuck, but this is not a standard setup, you would make those modifications yourself.

Can the 4th axis be used to turn a part bu 180 degrees for double-sided milling?

For example turn a piece over and then use a pocket or v carve toolpath?

If so do you have a video of this being done?

Yes, the 4th axis uses a worm-screw, so it can move continually in either direction - there is no limit on the number of rotations. So it can support indexed milling as well as full rotary milling.
